ARTIST STATEMENT:
Through my art i strive to capture the moments of recognition and the expressions of emotion and self worth. My art reflects the amazing strength and resilience shown by nature and how everything around us teaches to adapt to life. With my work, I aspire to make people feel strong and hopefully my translation of strength, hope and support inspires others to help them raise to their best version and be a support to their loved ones.
Charcoal give me the realistic foundation while mixed media helps in making the expressive stroke that touches me deeply and by finishing the refinements with oils help to add the depth to my paintings that helps us connect to our inner-selves, hinting us back to reality and purpose of life and the importance of staying focused and keep going.
At heart, i hope my art provides a senses of fullness, contentment and excitement to raise up to a new day. Through my art i wish to uplift every soul and wake up everyday to a new day and fresh eyes.
